Itinerary

Take your flight from Delhi/Mumbai for Cochin.
Arrival at the airport & meet with our representative with garland welcome and transfer to hotel & check into the hotel and relax.  Kochi (old name Cochin) is a vibrant city situated on the south-west coast of the Indian peninsula in the breathtaking scenic and prosperous state of Kerala, known as ‘God’s Own Country’. Later in the afternoon visit half day Sightseeing include Fort Cochin Beach, Willingdon Island, Mattancherry Palace, Chinese Fishing Net, and Church of Saint. Francis, Paradesi Synagogue. Over night in Cochin.

After breakfast drive to Munnar and check into the hotel. Munnar – breathtakingly beautiful – a haven of peace and tranquility – the idyllic tourist destination in God’s own country. Munnar was the favored summer resort of the erstwhile British rulers in the colonial days. Unending expanse of tea plantations – pristine valleys and mountains- exotic species of flora and fauna. Later in the afternoon visit Tea gardens & explore Munnar town. Overnight in Munnar.

After breakfast leave for full day sightseeing around Munnar.

Mattupetty (13 km) Situated at a height of 1700 Mts , Mattupetty is famous for its highly specialised dairy farm, the Indo-swiss live stock project. Over 100 varietes of high yielding cattle are reared here.

Pothamedu (6 km) Pothamedu offers an excellent view of the tea, coffee and cardamom plantations in Munnar. The rolling hills, the lush mountain and the breathtaking scenery here is ideal for trekking and long mountain walks.

Devikulam (7 km) This idyllic hill station with its velvet lawns, exotic flora and fauna and the cool mountain air is a rare experience. The Sita Devi Lake with its mineral waters and picturesque surroundings is a good picnic spot.

Rajamala (15 km) The natural habitat of the Niligiri tahr , Rajamala is 2695 Mts above sea level. Half the world’s population of the rare mountain goat or tahr which is fast becoming extinct is now found here. Overnight stay in Munnar.

After breakfast Proceed to Thekkady and check into the hotel.  Thekkady is considered a heaven for natural spices such as black pepper, cardamom, cinnamon and clove.  The main attraction in thekkady is boating on the lake and the Mullai Periyar Dam. Boating will take approximate 2 hours and you can also get rare glimpses of wild animals. Enjoy sunset boat ride in the lake. Overnight stay in Thekkady.

After breakfast drive to Alleppey, a famous town for Backwaters & beautiful Houseboat. A perfect destination for a memorable trip in Kerala. Check into a houseboat that will take you through the sleepy backwaters of Kerala. Enjoy nature from your beautiful houseboat passes by charming villages, lush green paddy fields and other scenic delights. Stay overnight in your houseboat besides enjoying the best food in a traditional way.

After breakfast drive to Kumarakom, Kumarakom is a serenely beautiful and scenic backwater destination, a charming peninsula jutting into the ever-effervescent Vembanad Lake that is dotted with plenty of traditional rice boats and canoes, leaving a scene that is immensely pleasing to the eye. Overnight stay in Kumarakom.

After breakfast drive to Cochin & take your lunch enroute. Later you will be transferred to Cochin Airport/ Railways station for your onward destination.
